Please contact us with your needs at this time and we will begin the consultation phase of your logo design.  Please read below carefully at our process for logo design.

How it works:

Phase 1 is the consultation phase.  We will speak with you to get a feel of what you are looking for, what your budget is and get other important information.  Our consultation is free.

Phase 2 is the rough draft phase.  If you decide to hire us for your logo design, we will begin to work on your logo design.  At this point, a fee of $85 will be prepaid before any work begins.  Your $85 fee covers two hours of actual design time (time we are actually working on your design, this does not include communication time between us and you).

Phase 3 is the presentation and refining stage.  We will present you with our finished rough draft. (Completion time varies - an estimate of time (typically 3-5 days) will be given to you prior to the start of phase 2).  You will be given time to look over our initial design, make notes and request changes.  Once the changes have been submitted to us, we will do any changes we are able and resubmit your design.  Another hour of actual work time will be given for any changes.  The retouched design will then be resubmitted to your for approval.

Phase 4 consists of any work above and beyond the 3 actual work hours included in the $85 fee.  If any changes are needed after phase 3 and beyond 3 hours actual work time, a charge of $15 per hour will be billed to you.  We will work to get your logo as close to what you desire as we can!

Logos that are designed specifically for use on a website or printed marketing material (such as flyers, brochures and business cards) do not require a copyright release.  A printed release will be given to you for use if you should require it for professional business card or marketing materials printing.

If you are using your logo for printing or labeling on any products, outdoor signage, banner printing, brick & mortar signage or any other purpose above and beyond website or printed marketing materials use, a copyright release MUST be purchased.  The cost for a copyright release is $125.
